Please find the Examination timetables below.
Please note the following:
· This is a hybrid examination period consisting of both Online and Onsite examinations commencing on the 14th June and concluding on the 24th June 2021.
· Examination scopes will be issued to learners by their respective teachers. Please request this from teachers if necessary.
· Online examinations would necessitate the installation of the SAFE EXAM BROWSER. Find a step-by-step guide to assist you in installing it on the QOA Info page on the student portal. For additional assistance, please contact our technical department (technical@qurtubaonline.co.za).
· A list of examination venues will be circulated and further information in this regard will follow shortly, in shā Allāh.
· Please note regarding our Islamic Studies Orals Examinations (Grades 04-09):
o Oral Examinations for Islāmiyyāt Learners will be conducted over two weeks during their respective Madrasah (Live Session) time, commencing on the 14th June until the 24th June 2021.
o Further information will be communicated to learners by their respective teachers.
o All Islamic Studies (Oral and Theory Subjects) will be conducted Online.
· All Covid-19 protocols will be observed such that we ensure your child’s safety is our priority.
· Please note that Grade-specific timetables may be accessed on the QOA Info page on the student portal.
· Live Interactive Sessions for the second term will conclude on Friday, 11th June 2021.
· Progress reports will be issued in Term 03, in sha Allah.
